What items can be returned?

Most products may be returned within 7 days of purchase date for an exchange or refund.  However, we reserve the right to refuse any return. This is our way of combating fraud. It is wholly up to the discretion of the manager on duty at the time!


Why would I get refused a return? 

If your return is refused by the manager on duty, it may be for any reason but it is usually due to something like too much liquid was missing; the cork or cap is missing; or in the case of barware and glassware, the product is not in the condition it was sold in.



If you disagree with the manager on duty, you are welcome to come in again and speak with Andrew Sparks. He is our General Manager and has the final call on all returns.
